Vegetable Crudite is a simple and healthy snack (depending on the dip). By spending a little time selecting the right combination of veggies for size, shape and color, your veggie tray can be your centerpiece. This is how I make mine easy to maintain and restock throughout my parties.

- Weekly Menu Planning
Being prepared is going to be key to success in reaching my weight loss goals. After making it through my first work week I feel fantastic! I don't feel as sluggish and my skin is benefiting from the extra water consumption. In my excitement I started planning my meal plan for the week. Here's what's on the menu:

- Fitting in Exercise
- Time is limited. In addition to working a full time job, I carpool with my fiance. I love carpooling. I have great alone time with Sam to catch up on life and we conserve by sharing a ride. It has it's downsides too though. I can't jump in the car and run the gym for a lunchtime workout. I also generally spend at least 10 hours at the office each day.

- Reward Your Diet Success
My next plan for keeping myself motivated includes creating a rewards system for myself that IS NOT FOOD RELATED! Rather than focusing on weight loss I plan to track sizes lost. At each new size I'll celebrate in a way the rejuvenates or motivates. I'd like to lose 10 sizes so there are 10 rewards:
